One-Renter Plan

We will report your past rental payment history at your current rental address to your TransUnion & Equifax credit reports. After setup, the monthly reporting fee is $8.95, cancel any time.

Two-Renter Plan

We will report your past rental payment history at your current rental address and your spouse or roommate to your TransUnion & Equifax credit reports. After setup, the monthly reporting fee is $13.95, cancel any time.

Why we need this information

We need to be able to confirm your identity, and provide the information that uniquely identifies you, when we report your rental history to TransUnion & Equifax.

We need your phone number and email so that we can contact you as we work through the verification process.

We do not sell your personal information — period. We use it only to provide your rent reporting service.
